Five or six interviews, including technical, brainstorming, roleplay, and more traditional stuff. It was pretty heavy, but the people I met with were willing to work with me, it was like a dialogue and very natural.
Met a lot of different people at the firm, and got the impression that Lutron was a very progressive private company with a lot of potential.
Learned a lot, great interview practice, highly recommended....

Lutron Electrical Engineer Interview

Job Title: Electrical EngineerThis was an on-campus interview for an internship. Lutron does a variety of high-tech lighting, including some large cathedrals, vegas hotels, etc. The internship would have involved various circuit design activity, I guess a little bit of analog, digital, embedded systems, some type of mix. They didn't give a lot of specifics so I'm guessing it would have been support work for a main engineer there, but good for internship experience. Most of the questions were brain teaser-type questions, including one that was about a light bulb, surprise, since it's a lighting company. Sounded like he wanted to hear me ......
