I went to a open house they had. Ya you know it, it was a cattle call. They guy who interviewed me looked VERY stressed out and was walking on egg shells. I talked about a project I did and how important ROI was (return on investment). He let out a huge sigh and said yes. The way he talked it sounded like each department fought each other and no one did things on their own. There was procedures for everything. Over all I would have to say it sounded like a stuffy place to work....
